Bush Bread
Ingredients:
1 baguette 125g butter, softened Serves 4-6 as a side |
2 tablespoons YELLOW Australian Bush Spice
1. Cut the baguette into 2cm thick slices, taking care not to cut all the way through. 2. Blend the butter with the YELLOW spice. 3. Spread both sides of the slices with the spiced butter. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes or until crisp and golden. |
